I am truly thankful for my Middle Tennessee background. Middle Tennessee State University brought me to a community I have been proud to call home for more than 30 years.

My professional Property Management experience began with the Freeman Companies, once one of the largest Real Estate Management firms in the nation. Having been in business for 50 years they were pioneers in the industry. With properties in eleven states I was able to learn first hand about changing markets.

The tremendous growth Rutherford County has experienced in the last ten years is similar to that experienced in other top growth markets such as Texas, Las Vegas, Louisiana, Florida and Georgia. Markets are always changing but the basics of the business remains the same.
